1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of our physical products.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
We sell physical hardware products. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes and may be updated or modified without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Taxes
U.S. customers see pricing in USD. No applicable sales tax is charged since Octave is officially a “Nexus” entity (no physical presence in the U.S.).
No import duties are applicable due to the harmonized code category of the HS-1. U.S. customers may be asked to pay a small customs clearance fee of roughly $28 to DHL upon delivery.
Customers within the E.U. are not charged any import duties, and VAT is automatically included in the price.
Customers in the UK see prices that include V.A.T. but exclude import duties, which are their responsibility.
Customers in all other countries are responsible for any import duties and prices are shown in Euros.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities per customer
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days (depending on demand) and ship from Cyprus (E.U.)
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Force majeure events
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The refund amount and return conditions depend strictly on whether the product packaging has been opened:
A. Unopened Items (Change of Mind)
If the product box is completely unopened and the factory seal is intact:

Refund: You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus the original shipping fees.

Deductions: The promotional shipping fee paid at checkout (PROMO 65% OFF) is non-refundable. Additionally, the actual or part of the cost of the return shipping back to Cyprus will be deducted from your final refund amount depending on DHL price fluctuations (base charge and fuel surcharge). Please be aware that this return cost can be up to double or triple the original promotional shipping fee.
B. Opened or Used Items
If the box has been opened, the seal broken, or the product used:

Deduction: A flat fee of $80 will be deducted from your final refund to cover the DHL return shipping costs, plus the diminished value of the opened product.
Restocking / Diminished Value Deduction:
If the returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and functionality (including open-box use, wear, missing packaging, or damage), we reserve the right to apply an additional restocking fee of up to 15% or partial refund to reflect the diminished value of the item.
This deduction will be assessed fairly based on the condition of the returned product.
Non-refundable:
- Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
Refunds:
- Issued after inspection of the returned item
- Processed using the original payment method
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photo or video evidence
We will, at our discretion:
- Replace the item
- Repair the item
- Issue a full or partial refund
No restocking or diminished value deductions will apply where the return is due to a verified defect or shipping damage.
8. Warranty
We provide a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or abuse
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
9. Updates
Some products may receive updates that improve functionality or fix issues.
While we aim to ensure reliability:
- Updates may occasionally introduce unintended issues
- Not all systems or setups are guaranteed to remain fully compatible
10. Technical Issues
If a product develops a technical fault under normal use:
- Contact our support team
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue
This may include:
- Troubleshooting guidance
- Firmware updates
- Repair or replacement under warranty
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of income, business, or data
- Compatibility issues with third-party equipment
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
12. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the product as intended
- Follow provided instructions
- Ensure compatibility with your equipment
13. Intellectual Property
All product designs, branding, and materials remain the property of Octave Technologies LTD.
Unauthorized copying or resale is prohibited.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Cyprus.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
