Product Support & Downloads
Please review the README.PDF file for additional tips and useful information.
You can also scan the QR code provided on your desktop to access the latest up-to-date updates for your device (Manuals, Software collaborators, Drivers, Files and Windows Updates approvals). We thoroughly test Windows updates before recommending them, so you can proceed with confidence once approval is given. If you choose to update Windows, allow the system sufficient time to stabilize after the updates are complete—at least 30 minutes—before clicking “Disable Updates” in the 'Windows Update Blocker' software (located under 'My Documents'). Onced clicked, Windows will never notify you for any future updates. As a general rule, never perform a Windows update shortly before a live performance. Always update in a controlled setting, such as at home, with ample time to ensure everything is working properly.

REALTEK WI-FI DRIVER UPDATE
Please download the latest Realtek v.144.1 driver (also found under 'My Documents', 'HS-1 DRIVERS' in Windows Explorer) to fix a random WI-FI bluescreen issue while streaming (if not already installed). This driver also extends the Bluetooth footswitch range.
Alternatively, in the unlikely scenario you keep having WI-FI issues, go to ‘Device Manager’, ‘Network Adapters’, find the Realtek 8821CE WI-FI driver, right click and uninstall it (might need to repeat this a few times) until you end up with the default Microsoft 2024.0.8.108 WI-FI driver. This is not ideal since it introduces another bug (weak Bluetooth signal when booting the 1st time with the WI-FI being OFF, since both WI-FI and Bluetooth antennas are shared). A quick 'enable' then 'disable' of the WI-FI button restores the Bluetooth signal to its original strength but that needs to be done each time the system boots. We are working closely with Realtek to resolve this issue. This is a recurrent issue with many laptop brands having a Realtek chipset and not directly related to our device. Usually the latest v.144.1 driver resolves this issue but we are giving an alternative to our users.
Try both solutions and see what works best.
